Seth has been with Foundry since 2017 with years of experience in intellectual property, corporate, and contract law. He’s worked with startups and large government contractors, negotiating successful outcomes with domestic and international entities including the US and UK governments.

He has served as General Counsel for a multinational conglomerate leading the industry in voice encryption technology. He oversaw contracts, venture capital financing, and corporate legal strategy.

With such a developed career in privacy and protection, Seth provides key counsel to small businesses and major companies alike regarding copyrights, trademarks, and other IP rights.Seth nurtures his creative side by producing independent films in partnership with his wife, Kelly Slagle. They recently released a documentary about fantasy art!
